Norwegian salmon: market insight and food safety 

We hope that you find the enclosed programme inspiring. This year’s seminar wishes to explore the challenges and trends for Norwegian salmon in the Italian market, with a particular focus on the topic of food safety, which represents an important and growing trend for the salmon industry. 

After the seminar, we will enjoy a nice aperitivo and tasting of Norwegian seafood, which will represent an excellent occasion for networking, in the lovely garden of Villa Necchi Campiglio.

Benvenuti alla quinta edizione dell’annuale seminario sui prodotti ittici norvegesi organizzato dal Norwegian Seafood Council, in collaborazione con Innovation Norway e la Reale Ambasciata di Norvegia.

Quest’anno il seminario sarà interamente dedicato al salmone norvegese, e si proporrà di analizzare le sfide e i trend che interessano il salmone norvegese nel mercato italiano, con particolare attenzione alla tematica della sicurezza alimentare.

Durante il seminario interverranno relatori italiani e norvegesi, e a seguire verrà servito un aperitivo di degustazione di prodotti ittici norvegesi, nel giardino di Villa Necchi Campiglio, offrendo ai partecipanti italiani e norvegesi un’ottima occasione di networking.
