Kazakhstan has special requirements for 10 Norwegian companies regarding salmon and trout

In a letter to its territorial departments in Astana, Almaty, and Shimkent, Kazakhstan's Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision stated on August 7 that "special measures" are being introduced against 10 named Norwegian companies that produce salmon and trout products in the national register of approved Norwegian companies.

Update/change of commodity codes to China for certain seafood products (CIFER/Single Window)

On July 12, the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) published a report on changes to certain HS/CIQ combinations for China. Among other things, new codes for farmed cod have been added, and codes for "Other fresh fillets" and "Other frozen fillets" have been removed.
