The menu will be planned by the renowned Chef Lei Jiang — one of the Norwegian Seafood Council's culinary partners. Chef Lei participated in our crab journey to Finnmark last fall.
Target audience: Value chain representatives in the U.S. and Norway, as well as food media and influencers from the U.S.
