Day 1: Monday, October 13 

7:00 PM: Dinner at The Fulton (89 South St #17, New York, NY 10038) 
 
The menu will be planned by the renowned Chef Lei Jiang — one of the Norwegian Seafood Council's culinary partners. Chef Lei participated in our crab journey to Finnmark last fall. 

Target audience: Value chain representatives in the U.S. and Norway, as well as food media and influencers from the U.S. 

Day 2: Tuesday, October 14 

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Shellfish Seminar
