We look forward to this year's Barbera Fish Festival!

In this year's edition of the festival, a cooking competition will be held for the local cooking schools, with clipfish and saltfish as the main ingredients.

The aim of the cooking competition is to promote Norwegian clipfish and salt fish by increasing knowledge about the products in the region. Broad press coverage of the final and the winner of the competition is expected. The activities are also an important part of gathering knowledge for further work for the promotion of clipfish and salt fish in the Italian market.
