The Norwegian Seafood Council once again invites Norwegian exporters to participate at Gulfood in Dubai from January 26–30, 2026.
Gulfood is the largest trade fair in the Middle East and, according to the organizers, the world’s largest within the F&B segment. To accommodate the high demand for participation, the organizers have expanded the event across two locations. Proteins (meat, poultry, and seafood) and dairy products will remain in the main exhibition halls at the World Trade Centre, as in previous years, while fruits, vegetables, and other products will be relocated to Dubai Expo.
As previously communicated, we are changing the setup for Gulfood, and the booth model will follow the format used at Thaifex. All participants will be allocated individual booths of 9 square meters. The participation fee is NOK 90,000 per company.
Pre-registration has now closed, following strong interest. If you did not pre-register but still wish to participate, please use the link below to get in touch. Please note that participation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deadline for binding registration is August 15, and those who pre-registered will be contacted well in advance of this date.
If you have any questions, please contact the undersigned or Sverre Sander Stenseth.
We strongly recommend booking your hotel as early as possible, as accommodations tend to fill up during the exhibition period. The Norwegian Seafood Council stays at Novotel, located close to the exhibition area, as traffic and queues can be heavy around the opening and closing hours of the event.
By booking through the provided links, you will receive a 20% discount on available rooms at Ibis One Central, Novotel, or Ibis World Trade Centre, all of which are located near the exhibition venue.
