The Norwegian Seafood Council invites Norwegian exporters to join the Norwegian Pavilion at Gulfood, taking place in Dubai from 15 to 19 March.

Gulfood is the world's largest meeting place for the food and beverage industry. In 2026, the exhibition attracted more than 8,500 exhibitors and 300,000 visitors from 195 countries, including 12 Norwegian exporters participating in the Norwegian Pavilion.

As in previous years, the exhibition will be held across two venues. Proteins (meat, poultry, seafood) and dairy products will be showcased in the main exhibition halls at the Dubai World Trade Centre, while fruit and vegetables and other product categories will be located at Dubai Expo.

This year, the participation fee is NOK 100,000 per company. All remaining costs will be covered by the Norwegian Seafood Council. As in previous years, the Norwegian Pavilion has 12 booths available. The participation fee includes:

  • A private booth of approximately 9 m²
  • Exhibition participation and access to Gulfood (15–19 March)
  • Booth materials, including furniture, wall graphics and a TV screen
  • Guest passes that can be distributed to visitors
  • Complimentary water and soft drinks
  • Daily stand cleaning

Should additional equipment be required, we can explore the possibility of providing this at an additional cost.

Participation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we therefore encourage you to register as soon as possible. Please note that registration is binding. The participation fee will be invoiced during October.
