We are pleased to invite you to the annual stockfish, clipfish, and salted cod seminar in Italy. It will take place on Wednesday 22nd May, starting at 2:30 PM, at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior in Naples.

In the evening, seminar participants are welcome to join us for the traditional group dinner.

About the program

During the seminar, we will provide updated figures on the seafood category – with a primary focus on stockfish, clipfish, and salted cod – and present the latest trends in the grocery and restaurant sectors, as well as what it takes for growth in these channels. Furthermore, there will be presentations focusing on supply and product flows for cured seafood products to Italy, macro trends, and information about marketing initiatives in Italy.

In the second half of the seminar, a panel discussion with industry players from Norway and Italy will offer the opportunity to discuss how to develop the Italian market for cured seafood with a forward-looking approach.
