The Norwegian Seafood Council invites you to join the kick off of the steelhead trout campaign in California, USA. This happens alongside with Sustainable Ocean Solutions Summit 2025 and the visit of the Norwegian tall ship Statsraad Lehmkuhl to San Francisco.

The One Ocean Week is an annual event for debate, knowledge sharing, and activities related to the sustainable use of the ocean. On this occation, Innovation Norway and the Norwegian Consulate in San Francisco, together with the Norwegian Seafood Council, invite you to seminars focused on sustainable oceans and the steelhead trout. This takes place during the visit of Statsraad Lehmkuhl to San Francisco.

Wednesday, November 5 – Statsraad Lehmkul

Place: Statsraad Lehmkuhl, Pier 17, San Francisco 

14:30–16:30: Meet Norwegian Maritime Innovators, hosted by Innovation Norway  
16:30–18:30: Reception on Statsraad Lehmkuhl, hosted by the Norwegian Consulate General in San Francisco. Norwegian seafood will be served on deck.

Thursday, November 6 – Sustainable Ocean Solutions Summit 2025

Place: SHACK15, Ferry Building, San Francisco 

08:30–17:00: Various presentations and panels with Norwegian companies and officials  
17:00-17:10: Seafood from Norway – Karine Rød Haraldsson, Director USA, Norwegian Seafood Council and presentation of the evening’s menu – Michelin-starred chef Christopher Haatuft 
17:30–23:00: Aperitif and Norwegian seafood dinner, Place :FINSTUA
