The Norwegian Seafood Council invites Norwegian exporters to participate at the Saudi Food Show on 15–17 June 2026.

The Norwegian Seafood Council once again invites to join the joint pavilion at the Saudi Food Show, following three consecutive years of participation. The exhibition is the largest meeting place for the food and beverage industry in Saudi Arabia and a key arena for showcasing products and building relationships in a market with a steadily growing interest in seafood.

This year, the participation fee is NOK 90,000 per company, in line with the model used at Gulfood. All remaining costs are covered by the Norwegian Seafood Council. The participation fee includes:

  • A private booth of approximately 9 sqm
  • Participation and access to the exhibition (15–17 June)
  • Booth materials (furniture, wall graphics, and TV)
  • Guest accreditations that can be distributed to visitors
  • Serving of water and soft drinks
  • Daily stand cleaning

If additional equipment is desired, this may be arranged at an additional cost.

Registration follows a first-come, first-served principle, and we therefore encourage interested companies to register as soon as possible. Please note that registration is binding.

The participation fee will be invoiced during March. We reserve the right to cancel participation if an insufficient number of companies have registered by the registration deadline.
