The seminar will be dedicated to Norwegian salmon and cured seafood (stockfish, clipfish and saltfish), with the latest updates for the Italian market. The event will be followed by an aperitivo and networking at the same venue.
Please note, this year’s seminar will be held at the same venue as the international B2B fair "TuttoFOOD" taking place from 11th to 14th May, offering the opportunity to combine attendance at the NSC’s seminar and a visit to the fair. About the program
At this year's seminar you will gain updated insight into the seafood market in Italy, with a particular focus on salmon, stockfish and baccalà (clipfish and saltfish). You can expect an update on macroeconomic conditions, sustainability, supply, prices and product flows, developments in both the grocery and restaurant sectors, as well as information about marketing initiatives for Norwegian seafood in Italy.
