Stockfish festival in Sandrigo

From the south of Europe, all the way to the Caribbean and to the African continent – Norwegian cured fish, known as clipfish, saltfish and stockfish, are well-loved products.

Norway exported seafood worth NOK 13.8 billion in February. This is a decrease of NOK 262 million, or 2 per cent, compared with the same month last year.

A recent report from the Norwegian Seafood Council shows which protein sources have the greatest potential in Italy, with particular emphasis on what is needed to increase the consumption of salmon, stockfish, saltfish and clipfish.
