The annual stockfish, clipfish and saltfish seminar in Italy is held this year in Venice.

The aim of the seminar is to gather Norwegian and Italian industry to shed light on and discuss new insights for stockfish, clipfish and salt fish. The seminar is held in the premises of the Querini Stampalia Foundation, a cultural institution in Venice founded by the descendant of the Venetian Querini family, where you will also have the chance to visit the "Skrei – the journey" photo exhibition.
