Haaland, Norwegian seafood and Vikings unite in new film

Through the ongoing partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council, football star Erling Haaland will now appear as a true Viking in the new film ViQueens. The film is scheduled for release in December 2026 and will tell the story of Norwegian Vikings in a fresh and exciting way.

Stronger Norwegian krone curbed seafood exports in April

There are several factors affecting the decline in Norwegian seafood exports in April, such as the tariff dispute with the US and the war in the Middle East. The main explanation for the fall, however, is a sharp strengthening of the Norwegian krone against both the euro and the dollar.
