The theme of this year's salmon seminar is gaining updated insight into the seafood market in Italy, with a particular focus on the growth of the seafood category.
Italy has always been known for its emphasis on healthy, local, and sustainable food, which has become increasingly important in recent years. To encourage more Italians to include seafood in their diet, especially salmon, the last major campaigns focused on health and simple yet delicious recipes. These campaigns utilized film, texts, and images to showcase the connection between salmon and Italian food traditions.
The slogan "Perfetto in ogni ricetta" or "perfect in every dish" has garnered attention in the food world, and the seminar will explore the possibilities for further growth in Italy's seafood market.
The event will take place on May 11th in Milan at Palazzo delle Stelline, Corso Magenta 61, which has hosted previous seminars.
