The Norwegian Seafood Council invites Norwegian seafood exporters to participate in the Seafood from Norway Pavilion at Thaifex – Anuga Asia 2027 in Bangkok, Thailand. The exhibition will be held at Impact Arena from 25-29 May 2027.
On Monday, 24 May 2027 , the day before the expo, NSC will organize the Norwegian Seafood Seminar followed by a Norwegian Seafood Dinner for Norwegian seafood companies and partners in the region.
Thaifex is one of Asia’s largest and most influential food and seafood trade shows, providing a unique opportunity to meet importers, distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators from across the region.
If your company is interested in exhibiting within the Norwegian Pavilion, we encourage you to register your interest as soon as possible, and no later than 30 October 2026 to receive the Early Bird price.
Available Booth Sizes
Companies may apply for the following booth sizes; 9 m² or 18 m².
A 9 m² booth is guaranteed. Applications for 18 m² booths are welcome; however, allocation will be subject to availability.
Early Bird Price: NOK 7,200 per m²
The price includes:
• Booth construction
• One furniture package (1 table and 3 chairs)
• Graphic production and printing
Please note that a mandatory business matching fee of EUR 330 per exhibitor will be charged separately by the organiser.
Early Bird Conditions
To secure the Early Bird rate, exhibitors must:
• Confirm participation by 30 October 2026
• Pay a 50% deposit of the total booth rental cost by the deadline
Standard Price
For registrations received after the Early Bird deadline, the standard rate of NOK 7,700 per m² will apply. The registration deadline for the standard rate is 9 December 2026. A 50% deposit is also required upon booking.
